Study on Adventitious Buds Induction of Cucumber

研究了津优31号黄瓜适宜的外植体处理方式及诱导不定芽的适宜培养基。结果表明,适宜的外植体处理方式为:保留单片子叶,下胚轴纵切,去除2/3子叶;适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为:MS+TDZ0.005 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L。

Using Jinyou 31 as the material, this experiment studied the suitale explant and the best medium for adventitious buds induction. The results were as followed： the optimum culture medium to induce buds： the medium of MS ＋ 0.005 mg/L TDZ ＋ 0.05 mg/L IBA; The best way of cutting was to keep single cotyledon, to cut hypocotyl longitudinally and remove 2/3 of cotyledon.
