Research on the Practice of Collective Forest Property Reform——Taking Jingshan County for Example

基于京山县集体林权制度改革实践,总结了改革所取得的主要成效和一些具体经验,分析了存在的问题,提出了进一步完善集体林权制度改革配套政策和措施。

On the basis of the practice of collective forest property reform, main achievements and experi- ence of the reform were summarized. In light of the main problems, the paper put forward matchable poli- cies and measures to improve the collective forest property reform.
