摘要 目的 观察侧脑室脑室下层细胞的形态及分布。方法 制作成年大鼠侧脑室脑室下层的超薄切片和全脑连续石蜡切片。结果 脑室下层细胞主要分布在侧脑室外侧壁 ,从侧脑室出现平面延续到尾壳核消失平面。其中的神经元前体细胞胞质游离核糖体较多 ,核大 ,核内的染色质疏松。结论 脑室下层细胞和尾壳核及伏隔核相邻 。 Objective To study the morphological characteristics and distribution of the cells in the subventricular zone(SVZ).Methods Ultrathin slices and serial paraffin sections of adult rat brain were prepared and examined systematically. Results Most cells in the SVI were found in the lateral wall of the lateral ventricle, located from the rostral plane of the lateral ventricle to the plane where the caudate putamen is disappeared. The neuronal precursors in the SVZ showed many ribosomes and big nucleus with abundant lax chromatin. Conclusions The cells of SVZ are adjacent to the caudate putamen and accumbens nucleus, and most of the cells posses immature characteristics.
