兽用生物制品制造及检验规程中规定:牛多杀性巴氏杆菌病灭活疫苗在通气培养过程中,需添加0.1%裂解血球全血。本试验通过在合成培养基中添加裂解血球全血与健康动物血清培养对比,发现在牛多杀性巴士杆菌病灭活疫苗生产中添加一定量健康动物血清,其生长菌数、效力检验、安全检验均与添加0.1%裂解血球全血生产检验指标相一致,且有降低污染率、降低生产成本的效果,值得生产中推广使用。
