摘要
通过对Y11-2计量站500m新投外输管线失效的宏观腐蚀形貌、材料化学成分和金相组织、输送液组分和腐蚀速率分析,认为该管线材料合格,输送液体腐蚀性较强,该管线未能形成连续的腐蚀产物保护膜是造成频繁穿孔的原因。
Based on the analyses of the macro corrosion morphology, chemieal composition and metallographie structure of the materi- al, transmission fluid e, omponents and corrosion rate of the eorrosiun failure in the new delivery line of Metering Station Y I 1-2, the paper holds that the material of the line is eligible, and the frequent corrosion failures are primarily caused by the failure of the for- marion of enntinuous protective film against corrosion products due to the strong corrosiveness of the transmission fluid.
