通过介绍六西格玛方法在胜利油田的应用研究与实施,总结了其管理特征、应用规律、实施办法、所取得的经济效益和社会价值。力求为提高石油企业精细化管理和质量效益水平提供一种强有力的科学管理技术手段。
This paper summarizes the management features, application law, implementation, economic benefit and social value brought by Six Sigma Management through its research and application in Shengli oilfield, in hope of providing a powerful technique of scientific management to improve the fine management and subsequently, the quality and benefit of oil enterprises.
