With the western extension of Shengli oilfield, the variety and quantity of the materials needed are increasing gradually and the quality of the supplies has become the focus of attention. Therefore, it is vital to search for effective ways to reinforce the quality control of the supplies on site. This paper demonstrates the effective approaches to improve the quality of the supplies in western ex- ploration and development and puts forward correspondent implementation proposals based on the distribution procedures and features of the supplies.
