摘要
为验证杀鼠剂立克命对家栖鼠类的灭杀效果,为今后开展大面积灭鼠提供科学依据,采用单因素试验方法,对0.037 5%立克命大米毒饵与0.005%溴敌隆颗粒毒饵对家栖鼠类的药效进行对比试验。结果表明:立克命大米毒饵的平均灭鼠效果为93.60%,溴敌隆颗粒毒饵的平均灭鼠效果为91.01%;立克命大米毒饵消耗率为49.31%,溴敌隆颗粒毒饵消耗率为52.12%,两者无明显差异。说明,立克命对家栖鼠适口性较好,不产生拒食现象,且具有很好的安全性。结论:立克命大米毒饵可以作为贵州省大面积杀灭家栖鼠类的首选轮换杀鼠剂。
The deratization effect of Racumin rice poison bait and (0. 037 5~) Bromadiolone granule poison bait (0. 0050/60) was compared by the single-factor test to provide the scientific basis for large deratization. The results showed that the mean deratization effect and poison bait consumption rate of Racumin and Bromadiolone were 93. 60% and 49. 31%, and 91. 01% and 52. 12% respectively, which indicates that there is no significant difference between two rodenticides and that Racumin has the advantages of good palatability and safety. In conclusion, Racumin rice poison bait can be selected as the first alternate rodenticide for large deratization in Guizhou.
