前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋的临床观察

Clinical investigation on the effects of lipo-prostaglandine1 E1 in sudden deafness

目的研究前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将80例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各40例,对照组采用高压氧联合微波治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔静脉滴注治疗。定期观察治疗后两组患者的听力的改善程度。结果两组总有效率比较,治疗组(90.0%)明显优于对照组(65.0%),P<0.05。结论前列地尔治疗突发性耳聋是安全有效的。

Objective To study the effects of lipo-prostaglandin E1 in sudden. deafness. Methods 80 patients were ran- domly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and microwave therapy while the treatment group was added intravenous infusion of lipo-prostaglandin El. Pure tone audiometry test and improvement were evaluated in the two groups. Results After comparison, the total efficiency of the treatment group （90.0%） was significantly better than the control group（65.0% ） , P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Lip-prostaglandin E1 is a safe and effective drug for sudden deafness.
