摘要
为更好的了解野生蔷薇果实的营养价值,以贵州两种野生蔷薇果实为材料,对其营养成分进行分析。结果表明:宽刺绢毛蔷薇和扁刺峨眉蔷薇果实中含有16种氨基酸,包括7种人体必需氨基酸,氨基酸总量均高于3 500mg/100g,且75%氨基酸含量在100mg/100g~400mg/100g,25%氨基酸含量低于100mg/100g;果实中矿质营养元素丰富,尤其是Ca、K、Fe和Zn,其中Ca的含量高达5 000mg/kg以上。此外,果实中还含有糖、酸和维生素等营养成分。
Nutritional compositions of two wild Rosa spp. fruits were analyzed in Guizhou to preferably know their nutritive values. The results showed that the two wild Rosa spp. fruits were abundant in amino acids, containing 16 amino acids, including seven essential amino acids. At the same time the content of total amino acids was more than 3 500 mg/100g. Of those, the contents of amino acids between 100 mg/100g and 400 mg/100g were approximately 75%, and the contents of other amino acids were less than 100 mg/100g. There were rich nutrient elements in the two wild Rosa spp. fruits, especially Ca,K,Fe and Zn. The Ca content was as high as 5 000 mg/kg above. In addition, there were sugar, acid and vitamin in the two wild Rosa spp. fruits.
