摘要
为给功率超声在工业废水处理领域的应用提供理论依据,采用40kHz与25kHz槽式双频复合超声装置从超声功率、处理液pH、处理时间、处理液初始浓度等方面,对难降解的有机酸性大红GR模拟废水进行超声协同降解试验,研究双频复合超声对有机物的降解效果。结果表明:双频复合超声的降解效果明显优于双频超声组合,在处理液温度为(30±0.5)℃,初始浓度为30mg/L,双频超声功率(25kHz,60 W;40kHz,40W)组合,pH=1.0,处理时间30min情况下,对酸性大红GR的降解率可达68.1%。表明,双频超声复合对有机物的降解效果明显优于双频超声组合,且在酸性条件下更利于降解。
In order to provide a theoretical reference for utilizing ultrasonic in industrial wastewater treatment field, the author adopted the composite ultrasonic which used 40 kHz and 25 kHz slotted dual- frequency to do research on degrade experiment with ultrasonic by simulation between organic acid red GR which is difficult to degrade and waste water. The effect of dual-frequency composite ultrasonic on organic degradation was studied. The results showed that the effect of dual-frequency composite ultrasonic was better than the series of dual-frequency ultrasonic. Under the conditions of reaction temperature (30±0.5)℃, pH = 1.0, initial concentration 30 rag/L, dual-frequency ultrasound power combinations(25 kHz, 60 W.40 kHz,40 W), the rate of degradation of the organic acid red GR solution reached 68.1% after 30 minutes of ultrasound treatment .
