血浆同型半胱氨酸与高血压及脑卒中的相关性

目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与高血压及其合并缺血性或出血性脑卒中的关系。方法纳入原发性高血压患者60例(A组)、高血压伴缺血性脑卒中患者74例(B组)、高血压伴出血性脑卒中患者52例(C组)及老年健康者60例(D组),分别检测上述四组血浆中Hcy的浓度并进行比较。结果 A组、B组、C组中血浆Hcy平均水平较D组中的血浆Hcy明显升高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy在高血压及伴脑卒中患者中明显升高,是高血压及脑血管疾病的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma homocysteine level and hypertension with ischemic/hem- orrhagie stroke. Methods The patients were divided into 4 groups ： primary hypertension patients （ group A, n = 60 ）, hyperten- sion with ischemie stroke patients （ group B, n = 74 ）, hypertension with hemorrhagic stroke patients （ group C, n = 52 ） and the elderly health people（group D,n = 60） . The plasma homocysteine level of 4 groups were measured and compared respectively. Results The serum level of homocysteine in group A, B, C were increased significantly compared to group D. the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The plasma homocysteine level was high in hypertension patients and hyperten- sion with stroke patients, It may be a risk factor of hypertension and cerebrovascular disease.
