阴道彩超联合血hCG对异位妊娠保守治疗的监测价值

Efficiency of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with hCG in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨阴道彩色超声联合血hCG在保守治疗宫外孕中的监测价值。方法回顾性总结了保守治疗56例异位妊娠患者经阴道的超声表现及血中hCG水平变化。结果经阴道彩色超声对异位妊娠的直接表现诊断阳性率为97%,且与hCG异常升高直接相关。结论经阴道彩色超声是目前诊断异位妊娠最有价值的手段。

Objective To assess the accurate efficiency of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with hCG in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasonic manifestation and the change of the hCG level in blood of 56 ectopic pregnancy patients. Resdts The positive rate of the uhrasonogaphic images were 97%. It was well re- lated with the abnormalrise of hCG in blood. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is the most valuable method in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
