摘要
针对目前开关变换器不能在一级同时实现高功率因数、高效率、大功率输出的缺点,提出了一种双重单级功率因数校正(PFC)软开关拓扑结构。详细分析了变换器的各种工作模态,给出了变换器参数的设计方法以及实现高功率因数和软开关的条件。实验验证了变换器的可行性和正确性。该变换器在诸如风力发电系统、大功率分布式电源系统、航空等领域中具有重要应用价值。
According to the disadvantages that the switching converter cannot realize high power factor, high efficiency and high power output at the same time, this paper puts forward the topology of the dual converter based on singlestatge power factor correction (PFC) soft-switching.The design methods of the converter parameters and the condition of realizing high power factor and soft-switching are provided, the operation processes of various operating modes of the converter are analyzed, and the feasibility and correctness of the converter are verified by experiment.This converter has important value in the fields of wind power generation system, high-power distributed power supply system and aviation.
