摘要
两级式逆变器瞬时输出功率中含有两倍输出电压频率的脉动分量,该脉动功率以脉动电流形式表现在输入侧,对供电电源及变换器自身造成影响。详细分析了后级为全桥和双Buck变换器时两倍频脉动功率的表现形式和传输机理,针对后级为双Buck变换器的两级式逆变器提出新的采样方式,并在控制环路中引入陷波滤波器来抑制低频纹波。在此基础上,定量分析了不同纹波抑制方法的效果,指出陷波滤波器较平均电流控制在动态性能方面的优势。最后,通过实验进行验证,并给出了纹波抑制前后的系统效率曲线。
The instantaneous output power of two-stage inverters contains a two-octave pulse which frequency is twice of the output voltage, the pulse power is reflected in the input current ripple, and the pulse current influences the supply source and the converter itself.This paper presents detailed analysis of the manifestations and transmission mechanisms of the two-octave pulse power of which latter stage is a full-bridge or dual-Buck converter, and proposes a new sampling way and introduces notch filter in the control loop to reject current ripple for the latter stage is a dual-Buck converter.Based on this,this paper also analyses quantificationally the effects of different ripple rejection strategies, points the advantages of notch filter compared with average current control in dynamic responses.Finally, these analysis are verified by experimental results, and the system efficiency curves with or without ripple rejection are presented.
