摘要
随着机载用电设备功率容量的加大,传统的不控整流电路会导致网侧电流谐波含量高,对飞机电网干扰严重。多脉冲整流器以其可靠性高、效率高、过载能力强、结构简单等显著优点,在航空领域有着广阔的应用前景。此处对DP型不对称18脉冲自耦变压整流器工作原理、自耦变压器等效容量、输入电流特性等进行详细分析,完成了额定功率25 kW样机的设计和试验。
With the increased power capacity of the airborne electrical equipment, the traditional non-controlled rectifier circuit will cause high harmonic content of the line current, interference to aircraft power.Because of high reliability and effficiency,strong overload capacity,simple structure,multi-pulse rectifier is widely used in the aviation field.The operation principle of the DP type 18-pulse asymmetric autotransformer rectifier is analyzed as well as the equivalent power capacity and input current characteristics of autotransformer.The prototype design and experiment of the 25 kW rectifier are completed.
