摘要
介绍了一种基于普通压电加速度传感器的高频振动信号检测技术的实现方法,并论述了高频振动信号的采集、时域分析、频域分析及功率谱分析程序的实现。检测系统硬件部分主要包括压电加速度传感器、信号调理器、高速采集卡。用这套检测系统对各频段的信号进行检测对比实验,实验结果表明此系统能有效地检测到高频振动信号的变化。
An implementation method of high frequency vibration signal detection technology based on acceler- ometer is introduced, as well as the procedure realization of high frequency vibration signal data acquisition, time-domain analysis, frequency-domain analysis, and its power spectral analysis. The hardware of this detec- tion system mainly includes piezoelectric accelerometer, signal conditioner and high-speed data acquisition card. By giving the contrast experiment to the detected signals in different frequency, the experiment result in- dicates this kind of detection system can effectively sense the change of high frequency vibration signal.
