摘要
以植物器官尺寸变化作为灌溉系统的控制因素,可以实现实质性、快速的精确反馈控制,符合现代精细作业要求。设计了一套以植物叶片厚度为控制因素的节能灌溉控制系统,给出了系统结构和实现方法。电感式测微头测量叶片厚度信息,并通过环境温湿度对叶片厚度进行补偿,以实现精确测量;基于LabVIEW软件开发环境及研华PCI-1710数据采集卡实现信号采集处理以及灌溉阀门的控制,简单快速有效。测试结果表明系统基本实现了节能灌溉控制要求。
Irrigation system with feedback control from the dimensional distortion of plant organs can realize more precise irrigating, which conforms the requirement of modern fine work. A water-saving irrigation system with a feedback control from the thickness of plant leaf is designed, and the system configuration and its imple- mentation are described in detail. An inductive displacement transducer is used to sense the thickness of plant leaf, which is compensated through the ambient temperature and humidity. The data acquisition card Advantech PCI-1710 links the system hardware and the software of the system upper computer programmed in graphic lan- guage LabVIEW, to accomplish the signal transfer and irrigation valve operation in simple and effective way. System testing indicates that the irrigation control system runs in good shape.
