摘要
目的了解安徽省疾病预防控制机构卫生检验人力资源状况,为提高疾控机构卫生检验能力和水平提供科学决策依据。方法依托"全国疾病预防控制基本信息系统",分析省、市、县(区)疾病预防控制中心从事卫生检验工作人员的数量、年龄、学历、专业、职称等数据。结果安徽省各级疾病预防控制中心卫生检验人员队伍在数量、学历、职称等方面存在一定的差距,省级总体情况较好,县(区)级卫生检验人员匮乏,学历、职称低等问题较突出。结论各级政府应重视做好当地疾病预防控制中心卫生检验人力资源配置,加强县(区)疾控中心实验室人才的引进与培养,促进全省卫生检验事业健康有序发展。
Objective To provide a basis for improving the ability and level of the health inspection of disease prevention and control institutions in Anhui by finding out the status of health inspection human resources in the disease prevention and control institutions in Anhui province. Methods The initial information of all CDCs in Anhui, such as numbers, age, educational background, professional titles, etc. acquired from the initial information database of National Electronic Disease Prevention and Control System, was used in statistic analysis by Excel. Results There was a gap in the number, education, job title, etc. of health laboratory personnel at all levels of centers for disease prevention and control in Anhui, of which the provincial leveFs overall situation was the best, while county (district) level health inspectors were lacking in higher education and high job titles. Conclusion Governments at all levels should attach great importance to the local CDC health inspection and their human resource configuration. The employment and education of the CDC laboratory personnel in the county (district) level should be especially strengthened in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the health inspection in Anhui province.
