关于零售业推动城市发展的研究——以济南市为例

A Research on Retail Industry to Promote Urban Development

零售业是一个城市繁荣程度和综合竞争力的重要标志,已成为现阶段拉内需、调结构、惠民生的重要手段。零售业在繁荣城乡市场、满足消费需求、提升居民生活质量进而推动城市快速发展中的作用越来越突出,逐渐成为城市经济生活的中心。但快速发展的零售业给城市发展带来的外部负效应及本身存在的问题也引起了社会的高度关注。以济南市为例,在对目前零售业发展存在的问题认真分析基础上,遵循零售业与城市发展相互关系,分别从政府、商家、社会组织和消费者视角对提升零售业发展质量、加快推进济南发展提出了切实的建议对策。

Nowadays, retail is an important symbol of urban prosperity and competitiveness, and has become an important means to pull domestic demands, adjust the structure and benefit people＇ s livelihood. The role of retail is becoming more and more prominent in making urban and rural markets prosperous, meeting consumer demand, improving the quality of residents＇ life, and then promoting the rapid urban development. Retail is becoming the center of urban economic life day by day. However, external negative effects of the rapid retail development on urban development and the inherent problems have also caused great concern in society. This article is based on a careful analysis of the existing problems in retail development and follows the mutual relations between retail and urban development. It takes Jinan as an example to propose concrete recommendations and countermeasures on enhancing the quality of retail development and speeding up the development of Jinan in the perspective of the government, businesses, social organizations and consumers respectively.
