近邻地下室同时施工钢筋混凝土侧墙施工技术

摘要 某工程地下室近邻另一个地下室工程,双方基础梁和侧墙仅有30mm变形缝,无论哪一方先施工都将影响另外一方施工质量。通过测量放线、模板安装、钢筋安装、混凝土浇筑、防水卷材铺贴及保护层镶贴等双方交错施工,解决了双方坐标系不同、地下室防水卷材铺贴及模板支撑加固等施工难点,保证了双方的工程质量和进度。 A basement project is adjacent to another basement project and there is only a 30mm deformation joint between their foundation beams and sidewalls, so construction of one basement will unavoidably affect the construction quality of the other one. Alternate construction is adopted during surveying and line setting, formwork installation, steel bar installation, concrete pouring, waterproof coil material laying and protection layer construction in these two projects to successfully solve the construction difficulties in different coordinate systems, basement waterproof coil material laying and formwork support reinforcement and to effectively ensure the engineering quality and construction schedule of both projects.
