摘要
厂房混凝土地面面积为82 000 m2,处理不当地面分缝处易出现局部下沉、变形;地面开裂;表面起灰、起砂;标高和整体平整度偏差超标等质量问题,通过基层施工、分仓模板设计优化及分仓缝处理等质量措施,施工满足相关验收标准,工程实施验证效果良好。
The concrete floor of a factory plant covers an area of 82 000 m2 and improper construction frequently causes many quality problems, such as local settlement and deformation at floor joint, cracks on floor, crusting and staid streak on floor surface, over limit of overall deflection of elevation and planeness, etc. Various quality measures are adopted, such as base construction, formwork division design optimization and treatment of division joint, to successfully satisfy relevant acceptance standards and realize favorable construction effects.
