摘要
南京新庄站基坑主体结构采用明挖顺筑法施工,施工中对桩顶水平位移、深层水平位移、基坑地表沉降、周边建(构)筑物沉降等进行了监测。周边环境监测出土体地表沉降和建(构)筑物部分测点超出报警值,达到报警状态,施工方及时采取响应报警措施,通过快撑快挖和加固构筑物电塔基础的施工措施,使基坑周边环境安全处于可控状态。
The main structure of foundation pit of Nanjing Xinzhuang Subway Station is constructed by using open excavation bottom up method. During construction, the following factors are monitored, such as horizontal displacement of pile top, deep horizontal displacement, foundation pit settlement and settlement of surrounding building (structure), etc. The monitoring results show that soil settlement and some points of building (structure) exceed the limit value and reach the alarming status. The construction party adopts timely response measures and construction measures, such as fast supporting, excavation and reinforcement of structure, etc., to effectively control the surrounding conditions of foundation pit under safety.
