摘要
在4000m3高炉建设中,对施工技术进行了创新,从开孔前放样、平板开孔直径、孔中心位置、开孔角度及开孔方式等方面进行控制,结合高炉炉壳材料排版下料、工厂内开孔、卷制成型、预拼装等重点施工工艺,采用平板开孔技术及中心滚制法,提高了开孔精度及施工效率,实现了无手工开孔,受到了好评。
During construction of 4000 m3 blast furnace, innovative construction techniques are created to realize effective control on sampling before opening hole, diameter of plane hole, central point of hole, hole opening angle and hole opening mode, etc. Plane hole opening technique and central roller fabrication method are adopted together with key construction processes, such as preparation of blast furnace shell materials, hole opening in plant, roiling and pre-assembly, etc., to successfully improve the hole opening accuracy and construction efficiency and to realize completely automatic operation.
