摘要
项目管理理论中缺少关于技术管理的内容,造成目前工程项目中技术管理人员的工作没有目标。将项目管理的九大内容分为内容型和目标型两类,并用经纬图表示之间的相互关系,同时结合工程项目管理特点,补充技术管理等内容,根据技术管理的作用和内容,将其定义为内容型管理,技术管理是项目管理中的一项重要管理内容,是项目目标型管理的开始,是内容型管理的基础,它包括为完成项目的目标而进行技术路线策划、选择、监督及改进的全过程。
Technical management is not described in project management theory, so technical managers in engineering projects are unable to clearly set their working objectives. The nine parts of project management are classified into content type and objective type, whose mutual relation is expressed in chart. Meanwhile, based on the characteristics of engineering project management, supplement content about technical management is described. Content-type management is defined according to the functions and contents of technical management. Technical management is an important part in project management, because it is a starting point for objective-type management and the basis for content-type management. Technical management involves the whole course of technical decision, selection, supervision and improvement carried out for reaching project objectives.
