大底盘双塔楼超限高层结构设计及抗震分析 被引量:2

摘要 某医疗综合楼有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变及塔楼偏置等特点,属超限高层建筑。通过采取提高抗震等级、增设构件及优化配筋等措施,经模型计算,满足要求。得出通过在裙房部位增设剪力墙等措施,可有效控制结构的扭转效应,将位移比控制在允许范围内;通过对主楼与裙房相连处梁、柱、板的加强,以保证主楼和裙房的连接可靠性。 A medical general building is a high-rise structure beyond code limits, because it has irregular torsion, discontinuous floor slab, dimensional variation and tower building offsetting, etc. Various measures are adopted, such as increasing aseismic grade, adding more components and optimizing steel bar reinforcement, etc. After model calculation, these measures could satisfy the building requirements. It is found that torsional effect of structure could be effective controlled by adding shear wall at podium building; beams, columns and slabs between main building and podium building are strengthened to guarantee reliable connection.
