摘要
为解决矿井提升电控各子系统相对独立分散控制存在的问题,重点分析了提升电控各子系统之间的相互关联性,研究现场总线的应用技术,研制了基于现场总线分布式提升机控制系统装置,实现对提升机各组成设备的集中分布式控制和监视,为提升系统无人值守全自动运行奠定了基础。
To solve the control problem caused by every electronic-control subsystem relatively independence of mine hoister, this paper focused analyzed correlation of every subsystem. Distributed control system of mine hoister based on profibus was developed to realize centralized-distributed control and monitoring of every component. This provide basis for unattended and full-automatic run of mine hoister.
