摘要
由于FPGA具有高速和并行处理特性,使其广泛应用在高速信息处理系统中。论文以X射线能谱数据处理为对象,设计了基于FPGA的脉冲幅度分析器,实现了脉冲成形、基线恢复、修正补偿等数字化处理。设计了数字比较器、数字滞回比较器,采用多级缓存的流水模式实现脉冲幅度的提取。采用拉格朗日插值实现脉冲峰值的拟合,提高了能量分辨率。
As the characteristic of FPGA is high - speed and parallel processing, it is widely used in high - speed processing system. The paper takes the data processing of X - ray spectrum as the object, designed a pulse amplitude analyzer based on FPGA, that realizes the pulse - shaping, baseline restoring, correction and compensation and so on which are all digital designs. We designed digital comparator and digital hysteresis comparator to take multistage ache pipelining mode to obtain the pulseg amplitude. Using Lagrange interpolation to achieve the fit of pulse peak and has improved the energy resolution.
