摘要 建立了同时测定废水中三价铬和六价铬的液相色谱仪(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)联用的分析方法。使用HypersilGOLDTM(150×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为5mmoL/L(pH=7)EDTA,流速1.2mL/min时三价铬与EDTA配位生成稳定的C(rⅢ)-EDTA和六价铬可以在4min内完成两种价态铬含量的分析。该方法由于样品制备和色谱条件的最优化,可以分析高基体样品,比如废水。当进样量为100μL时,该方法对三价铬和六价铬的检测限分别为43.4ng/L和82.8ng/L。该方法灵敏度高,分析干扰少,高效准确。 The simultaneous determination of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium in wastewater was carried out in High Performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) analysis. By using hypersil GOLD TM (150 × 4.6 mm, 5μm) column in HPLC, 5 mmoL/L (pH = 7) EDTA as mobile phase ina flow rate of 1.2mL/min, trivalent chromium would coordinate with EDTA. After separation of Chromium (Ⅲ)-EDTA and Chromium (Ⅵ), the amount of each chromium could be determined by ICPMS in 4 min. When the injection volume of 100μ L, the detection limit of the method of trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium, are 43.4 ng/L and 82.8 ng/L respectively. This method is of high sensitivity, less disturbance, high accuracy and efficiency.
