摘要
广州地区电网实时监控和调度采用了两套由不同厂家开发的系统,为保障两套系统的数据一致性,开发了异构系统数据一致性校验软件。采用Perl脚本语言编程,首先对采集与监视控制数据进行自动导出并还原为"三遥"(遥测、遥信、遥控)信息点表格式Excel文档;然后进行逐项比对,对数据误差展开排查并生成差异分析报告。该软件在2010年第16届广州亚洲运动会准备工作期间应用,对58个重要保供电厂(站)进行了信息校验,发现10余座厂(站)出现数据不一致。实际应用效果表明,根据软件生成的分析报告作进一步核实和纠正,能提高异构系统的数据质量和运行可靠性。
Real-time monitoring and dispatching of the power grid in Guangdong area uses two sets of systems developed by different manufacturers. For ensuring data consistency of these two systems, this paper introduces development of the date consistency verification software for heterogeneous system. This system uses Perl scripting language for programming which firstly exports acquisitive and supervisory controlled data automatically and restores as tabular Excel document for telemeter- ing, telecommand and telecontrol information points. Then, it compares successive terms which is to survey data errors and generate difference analysis report. This software is applied in the course of preparation time for the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou which is to verify information in 58 important power supply and guarantee plants and finally discovers data in a- bout 10 plants are different. The practical application shows that further check and modification of information based on the analysis report generated from the software can improve data quality and operational reliability of the heterogeneous system.
