摘要 火电机组在同时开展汽轮机通流改造和电动给水泵改汽动给水泵技改项目的情况下,无法通过改造后的机组性能试验数据得出电动给水泵改汽动给水泵项目的改造效果。以某电厂300 MW燃煤机组电动给水泵改汽动给水泵技改项目为实例,提出在同时开展汽轮机通流改造的情况下,利用电动给水泵液力偶合器效率与转速比的关系曲线及汽动给水泵效率与汽轮发电机组低压缸效率比的关系曲线,来评价改造的经济效益。 When proceeding through-flow transformation of the steam turbine and technical reconstruction of electrically driven feed pump into steam feed pump at the same time, it is unable to obtain reconstruction effect according to perform- ance test data after transformation. Taking a technical reconstruction project of electrically driven feed pump into steam feed pump of 300 MW coal fired unit in one power plant as an example, this paper proposes to use relation curve of ratio of efficiency and rotate speed of fluid coupling of the electrically driven feedpump and that of efficiency of the steam feed pump and low pressure cylinder of the steam turbine generator unit to evaluate economic benefit after transformation under the condition of developing through-flow transformation at the same time.
