摘要
以锅炉管道泄漏喷流流场分布计算结果为基础,采用Lilley宽频声源模型,计算泄漏喷流噪声的声功率级分布。对不同泄漏孔径以及不同工况下的蒸汽泄漏进行数值模拟,结果表明泄漏孔的直径越大,喷流速度和声功率级越大。而蒸汽的温度不变,压力越大,喷流速度和声功率级越小。模拟结果为锅炉承压管泄漏声学监测与诊断提供了重要依据。
Using the Lilley's broadband source model, the sound power level (SPL) distribution of the jet noise was obtained based on the flow field calculation of boiler tube leak. Numerical simulation was ultilized for the analysis on different leak diameters and various state parameters, the result shows that the flow velocity and SPL increase with the leak diameter, while the SPL decreases. But suppose the temperature is constant, the flow velocity and SPL increase with the leak diameter. The simulation results can be the significant theoretical criterions for acoustic monitoring and di- agnosis on boiler tube leak.
