二次水滴穿腔对蒸汽湿度测量的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 汽轮机排汽中含有较大的二次水滴,且在空间和时间上的分布具有不均匀性。计算了不同水滴尺寸、不同水滴位置时,谐振腔的谐振频率和品质因数的变化,进而分析了对湿度测量的影响。结果表明:当谐振腔尺寸一定时,谐振腔的谐振频率和品质因数与腔内水滴的尺寸和位置有关;对于长度为40 mm,半径为30mm的圆柱形谐振腔,当水滴位于xoy平面半径为13.0 mm的圆环上时,水滴尺寸越大,谐振频率降低越多,对测量蒸汽湿度的影响也越大。 The steam turbine exhaust contains large secondary droplets with nonuniformity of spatial and temporal dis- tribution. This paper analyzes the change of resonant frequency and quality factor with different sizes and different posi- tions of droplet and the influence on the steam wetness measurement. The results show that: when the size of the reso- nant cavity is constant, the resonant frequency and quality factor is related to the location and size of water droplets. For the cylindrical cavity whose length is 40mm and radius is 30mm, when large droplets located the ring whose radius is 13. 0mm in the xoy plane, the larger the size of droplets is, the more the resonant frequency reduces and the greater the influence on steam wetness measured by microwave cavity is.
