西欧雨露麻纤维的双氧水漂白工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 使用双氧水工艺对西欧雨露亚麻纤维漂白,针对西欧雨露麻的双氧水漂白进行传统工艺优化和红外分析。实验结果表明:西欧雨露麻在Na2CO3浓度3g/L、Na2SiO3浓度5g/L、NaOH浓度1.2g/L做双氧水缓冲溶液,浴比1:30的条件下,双氧水浓度为9g/L、漂白温度95℃、漂白时间80min为优。从红外图中可以看到双氧水漂白工艺能够起到辅助脱胶去杂的作用,可提高纤维可纺性,而且该工艺对亚麻纤维的纤维素几乎不会起到损伤的负面作用,并有较好的通用性。 In this paper, it uses hydrogen peroxide bleaching process to bleach West-European dew retting flax fibers,and do the traditional process optimization and infrared analysis.The experimental results show that,bleach the West-European dew retting flax fibers under such conditions as,in the Na2CO3 concentration 3g/L, Na2SiO3 concentration 5g/L, NaOH concentration in 1.2g/L buffer solution of hydrogen peroxide,bath ratio under the conditions of h30,concentration of hydrogen peroxide bleaching of 9g/L, temperature 95℃,bleaching time 80min is better. From the infrared image can be seen in hydrogen peroxide bleaching can play aided degumming to miscellaneous functions and improve the fiber spinnability.Also the process almost never played a negative role in injury towards flax fiber cellulose,on the contrary, it can play a better generality.
