European Spatial Planning Implementation Mechanism

欧洲空间规划实施机制通过构建多层级的合作体系、多样化的社会经济政策和网络化的监督约束机制,在深化欧洲一体化过程中发挥了重要作用。区域一体化建设是我国目前长期推行的国家战略,而区域规划实施面临一系列的挑战和难题。借鉴欧洲经验,我国区域规划实施机制需在"跨区域治理"、经济政策的实质性支撑以及规划实施的监测和评估三方面不断探索,保障区域规划的有效实施和区域空间的可持续发展。

European spatial planning implementation is carded out through multi-layered cooperation, multiple socio-economic poiicies, and networking supervision. The plan plays an important role in European integration. Regional integration is a long term national strategy of China, and regional planning is facing a number of challenges and problems. Learning from European experience, China shall deepen inter-regional govemance, economic policy support, and planning implementation monitoring and evaluation to ensure regional planning implementation and sustainable spatial development.
