不同锰源对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 锰是动物骨骼正常发育所必须的微量元素,尤其对禽类的作用已经被证实,禽类缺锰会造成采食量下降、产蛋率和饲料利用率下降、神经受损、共济失调和骨发育异常等,禽类缺锰患"滑腱症"。本试验选刚出壳的AA商品代肉仔鸡300只,随机分成3组,进行饲养试验,以玉米-豆粕型日粮为基础日粮,分别是对照组、硫酸锰100 mg/kg(试验Ⅰ组)和羟基蛋氨酸螯合锰100 mg/kg(试验Ⅱ组)。此结果表明,羟基蛋氨酸螯合锰与硫酸锰相比具有一定的促进生产性能和免疫刺激作用。 Manganese is the necessary microelement for the normal growth of animal bones, especially for poultry. Lacking of manganese in poultry can result in the decline of feed intake, egg production rate, feed efficiency, nervous damage, ataxia, developmental abnormalities of bones and so on, even can result in perosis. In this experiment, 300 newly hatched Arbor Acres broilers were randomly assigned to the three groups, fed with corn-soybean basic diet, separately divided into the contrast group, manganese sulfate 100mg/kg group (experiment group I) and methionine hydroxy chelated Mn 100mg/kg group (experiment group II). The results showed that the methionine hydroxy chelated Mn and the manganese sulfate can take certain effect on production performance and immune stimulation.
