摘要
模糊性产生于事物发展变化的中介过渡,是由运动规律和质变量变规律决定的事 物的客观属性.由此发展起来的模糊数学埋论适应于解决和中介过渡相联系的模糊性 问题。文中分析了模糊性、随机性和确定性的本质联系,论述了确定性分析、随机性 分析和模糊性分析相结合的应用研究方法论观点。以水库调度为背景阐述了它的应用。
Fuzziness is born of intermediary transition through which things develop or change and is an objective character of things that is determined by motion rule. and the rule of qualitative change and, quantitative change.Fuzzy mathe- matics based on the fuzzy things is suitable for the problems related to intermediary transition. Analyzing essential relations among fuzziness, random and determinacy, the paper discusses the methodological standpoint which combines fuzzy analysis, random analysis and determinate analysis and expounds its effects in reservoir operation.
