右胸、上腹部导联心电图检查对右室梗塞的诊断价值

Dignosis value of lead electrocardiogram in right chest and epigastrium to right ventride

对１０００例正常成人及８０例右室梗塞患者的心电图进行了监测。结果显示，正常人右胸导联多呈ｒＳ型，上腹部导联呈Ｒ型，ＳＴ段无明显偏移；右室梗塞患者右胸及上腹部导联均有２个或２个以上导联出现ＱＳ或Ｑｒ波，同时伴有ＳＴ段抬高。因此认为，右胸及上腹部导联心电图联合检查比单用右胸导联检查诊断右室梗塞的敏感性、特异性及准确性均高。

The character of electrocardiogram of 1000 cases normal adult men and 80 cases with right ventricle infaration were observed,The results showed that the right chest lead of normal persens rS type,the epigastrium lead was R type,there was no clearly excursion in ST segmentIn the patients with right ventricle infaraction,the right chest and epigastrium leads had at least two leads were QS wave or Qr wave and their ST segment lifted,This suggest that there are more sensitve, more specifical and more accurative useing right chest and epigastrium
