Analysis of Alert Control of Aircraft Maintenance Reliability

根据飞机维修实践,叙述飞机维修可靠性管理过程中警戒分析的相关原理和计算方法,结合维修实例给出具体的数据收集、警戒值制定、警戒分类和纠正措施等实施全过程,描述不同情况下的警戒状态和处理方式,编制可靠性警戒分析的闭环控制流程,突出闭环控制在可靠性管理中重要性。

This paper introduced the correlation principle and calculating method of the alert reliability in the process of aircraft maintenance management, and combined with maintenance embodiment, correct data collection, alert value es- tablishment, alert type, corrective action were put forward. Besides, it described the alert status and the processing mode in different conditions, and made the reliability of alert analysis of the closed control, highlighted the importance of close con- trol in the process of reliability management. This paper came from the practice of the aircraft maintenance, and could pro- vide the significant guidance to the practical application.
