匀染剂WXQ在纯棉筒子纱染色中的应用

The application of leveling agent WXQ to cotton yarn dyeing

采用SS活性染料对纯棉筒子纱进行染色,评价了染色纱线的内-中-外层色差、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度、单纱强力等指标.结果表明,使用匀染剂WXQ进行染色,染料的上染速率比传统工艺明显减缓,上染率、固色率、水洗牢度和摩擦牢度及强力与传统工艺相当,并通过对小样和大样的匀染性测试,匀染剂WXQ可以显著改善纯棉筒子纱在染色特别是在敏感色光染色过程中产生的内-中-外层色差,并且匀染剂WXQ对纯棉纱染色与传统工艺色牢度相当.

The comparison between leveling WXQ and traditional process matching with SS reactive dye- stuff was made by investigating their application to cotton yarn. The color difference, washing fastness, rubbing fastness, single yarn strength of dyed yarn were evaluated. It was found that the use of leveling agent WXQ can reduce dye absorbing ability,but the properties of washing fastness and rubbing fastness etc, have the same effect with traditional process. Leveling agent WXQ can significantly improve the color difference especially in sensitive color dyeing process.
