摘要
通过对纤维缠绕/铺放成形工艺技术的深入研究,提出铺放成形机的总体原理方案,进一步确定运动机构方案和结构设计方案,借助于Pro/E、ANSYS、ADAMS软件协同构建系统的虚拟样机模型,进行动态仿真设计.对立柱进行了动态特性分析,为缠绕/铺放机的整体设计及其制造提供参考.
The general principle layout of the laying molding machine is put forward through the in-depth study of forming technology of filament winding/laying. Further the motion mechanism and structural design programs are determined. By means of the Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS software the virtual proto- type model of the system is built. The dynamic characteristic of upright column is simulated. It can provide a reference for the overall design and manufacture of the winding/laying machine.
