摘要
解决"三农"问题,实现农村城镇化、农民市民化、农业产业化,中国必须走乡村工业化带动城镇化的发展道路。这种基于城乡二元结构的工业化体系,以求解决二元结构问题的发展模式选择,称之为二元结构发展理论。围绕实现中国现代化的终极目标,实现农村城镇化和农业产业化必将是唯一的概念。农村城镇化的实现,也必将是中国农民的完美终结。
In order to solve the ＂Three Agricultural Problems＂ and realize the urbanization of rural areas,the citizenization of peasants and the industrialization of agriculture,China must take the road of rural urbanization driven by rural industrialization.The industrialization system based on the urban-rural dual structure and the development model for the purpose of solving the problem of dual structure are called the development theory of duel structure.Realizing rural urbanization and agricultural industrialization must be the unique approach to fulfilling the ultimate goal of Chinese modernization.The realization of rural urbanization will also be the perfect end of Chinese peasants.
