班级团体辅导对大学新生适应能力的影响研究 被引量:15

摘要 应用《中国大学生适应量表》对实验班和对照班的52名新生的适应能力进行前后测量,结合实验班自评情况,探索班级团体辅导对大学新生适应能力的影响。结果显示实验班在适应能力总均分和校园生活适应后测分值上显著高于对照班后测分值;实验班适应能力总均分、人际关系、校园生活适应、择业适应、情绪适应及满意度因子后测得分显著高于前测得分。可见班级团体辅导对改善大学新生适应能力有着积极的促进作用。 In order to explore the impact of class group counseling on the adaptability of freshmen, a sample of 52 freshmen were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, whose adaptability were measured before and after the experiment by means of Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS). Combined with the self-evaluations of the experimental group,the results show that the total average of adaptability and the past-test scores of campus life adaptability of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group and that the post-test scores of the total average of adaptability,interpersonal adaptability, campus life adaptability,career adaptability, emotional adaptability and satisfaction degree of the experi- mental group are obviously higher than the pre-test scores. In conclusion, the adaptability of freshmen can be promoted in a positive way by the class group counseling.
