脑安胶囊对脑血管血流动力学的影响

目的观察脑安胶囊对脑血流动力学指标的改善情况。方法选择上海市奉贤区青村、金汇社区50岁及以上人群,进行基线危险因素调查和脑血管血流动力学检测。筛选出脑血流动力学分值≤50分的脑卒中高危人群,分为干预组与对照组。根据知情同意原则,干预组应用脑安胶囊进行为期1.5年的强化干预治疗;对照组进行健康教育和高血压、糖尿病、心脏病等危险因素控制。干预结束后,对两组随访人群进行脑血管血流动力学复查检测,比较干预前后脑血管血流动力学指标及其积分值的变化。结果脑安胶囊治疗后,反应左右两侧颈动脉运动学指标较对照组明显上升,反应脑血管阻力和压力等动力学指标较对照组明显下降;脑血管功能积分值较对照组也明显提高。结论脑安胶囊能使脑血管血流动力学指标明显改善,脑血管功能总积分明显提高,降低脑卒中发生的风险。

Objective To observe the effects of Nao＇an capsule（NAC） on cerebral hemodynamic in patients（pts） with stroke.Methods Pts whose cerebrovascular hemodynamics index（CVHI） ≤50 with high risk of stroke were selected and divided into two groups：The intervention group treated with NAC,and the control group received health education and risk control on hypertensive,diabetes and heart disease.After intervention for one and half a year,cerebral hemodynamic were tested in two groups.CVHI and its accumulative scores were compared pre-and post-intervention.Results After treatment,left and right carotid indexes in intervention group were obviously increased.The parameters of cerebral vascular resistance and pressure were significantly decreased compared with that in control group.Conclusion NAC might effectively improve CVHI,cerebral vascular function and reduce the incidence and risk of stroke.
