川东獐牙菜化学成分的研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Swertia davidi

目的 研究川东獐牙菜的活性成分。方法 采用硅胶、SephadexLH 2 0柱层析和UV ,IR ,1 H NMR ,1 3 C NMR ,MS等光谱分析方法。结果 鉴定 4个化合物 ,分别为苦龙胆酯苷 (amarogentin ,Ⅰ )、雏菊叶龙胆苷 (swertianolin ,Ⅱ )、去甲基雏菊叶龙胆酮(demethylbellidifolin ,Ⅲ )和雏菊叶龙胆酮 (bellidifolin ,Ⅳ )。结论 Ⅱ ,Ⅲ均为首次从本植物中分离得到 ,首次利用 2D

OBJECTIVE To study the active constituents of Swertia davidi Franch.METHODS The raw compounds were isolated by using column chromatography with silica gel and sephadex LH 20.Their structrues were confirmed by IR,MS, 1H and 13 C NMR and /or 1H 13 C COSY.RESULTS Four compounds were elucidated as amarogentin,swertianolin,demethylbellidifollin and bellidifolin,respectively.CONCLUSION Swertianolin and demethylbellidifolin were first time isolated from this plant.The structrue of amarogentin was elucidated by two dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR).
