建立了测定苯丙哌林血浆浓度的高效液相色谱法 ,并研究了该药的药动学行为 .测定了3条家犬口服 80mg磷酸苯丙哌林 2种制剂后的血药浓度 .药动学参数如下 :T12 =3 8h ,tmax=4 0h ,AUC0→∞ =11 6mmol/L ,MRT =6 5h ,F =91 8%

A new HPLC method was established to determine the concentrations of benproperine in plasma,following oral administration.Three dogs were selected and two formulations were given respectively.The results indicated that the pharmacokinetic parameters for the sustained released tablets were: T 1/2 =3 8 h,\%t\%\-\{max\}=4 0 h, AUC 0→∞ =11 6(mmol·h)/L, MRT =6 5 h, F =91 8%.
