摘要
反事实思维是在心理上对过去已经发生的事件进行否定,进而建构一种可能性假设的思维活动,是人类意识的一个重要特征,对人的情绪、归因方式、推理判断等有重要影响。文章回顾了国内外反事实思维功能的相关研究,在此基础上,指出有效的反事实思维策略训练对大学生心理健康教育和心理危机干预有启示意义。
Counterfactual thinking, as a characteristic of human consciousness,is another thinking way of which denied the things occurred in the past and designed a kind of possible hypothesis in the mind, affecting people's emotion, way of attitude,judg- ments and so on. Present research on the function of counterfactual thinking is reviewed, based on which, the paper points out that it is useful to do some effective counterfactual thinking strategy training in the process of psychological health education and psychological crisis intervention of college students.
