摘要
单向传授的传统教学方式,使学生在教学过程中缺少自主参与,处于相对失权的状态,容易形成自我的负面评价和无力感,影响学生的学习积极性和学习效果。将增权理念引入社会工作教学,采用开放式、体验式、项目化的教学方式,开展模拟情境和真实情境相结合的实践活动,并配合考核方式的改革,可以提高学生的自我效能感,提升学生的社会工作职业能力和职业素养,实现社会工作专业人才培养目标。
Traditional teaching mode is lack of students' self--involved in the teaching process. Because of relative loss of the right,many students formed negative evaluation of themslves and the "powerlessness" ,which affect their enthusiasm for learn- ing and learning outcomes. Based on the concept of empowerment, the social work teaching mode should use open, experiential and proiect--oriented teaching methods, reform the assessment and combine simulated and real--life situations in the practical activities. All these can improve students" self--efficacy,enhance their professional ability and quality of social work, which are conducive to achieve the teaching goals.
