以“抢花炮”为例浅析民族体育进入体育课程的可行性研究——以广西交通职业技术学院为例

With "Snatching Huapao" as an Example,Analyses the Feasibility of National Sports Getting into Physical Education——Take Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an Example

以民族体育抢花炮运动引入学院2011级篮球专项班教学为例,运用调查法及观察法进行分析。结果表明,抢花炮运动以其投入较少、技术要求相对低,但其趣味性、娱乐性、对抗性和其锻炼的效果较好的特点,是完全可以引入教学的。本文旨在以此为例,为丰富高职院校的体育课程,挖掘和传承中国优秀传统文化,构建具有时代性与民族性、健康性与娱乐性的民族传统体育,为高职院校体育教学改革进行一些尝试。

National sports ＂Snatching Huapao＂got into our college in grade 2011, taking the basketball class teaching as an exam- ple,using the method of investigation and observation,we made an analysis. Results show that this sport need less investment and low technical requirements,but its interesting, entertaining, confrontational, and taking exercise effect can be introduced into teaching completely. Takes it as an example,in order to enrich sports curriculum in higher vocational colleges,mine and inherit Chinese excellent traditional culture,construct national traditional sports, this paper,makes some attempt to reform PE teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities.
