工学结合模式下高职院校思政课实践教学改革创新探索

Innovation of Practical Teaching Reform in Ideological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges with Work-integrated Learning System

工学结合是当前高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点。作为职业教育重要组成部分的高等职业院校思想政治课只有树立正确的教育理念、采用多元的教学方法、设计好理论与实践相结合的教学内容、利用好学校和企业两个基地,不断探索创新,才能把思想政治纯理论性的东西转化为学生的实际能力,也只有通过工学结合,才能提高思想政治课的教学质量。

In present, work-- integrated learning system is a significant breakthrough point to carry out the reform of talent culti- vation in higher vocational colleges. Ideological education, key part of higher vocational education, is expected to foster proper education concept, employ diverse teaching approaches, design reasonable teaching contents combining theory and practice, and make full use of the connection of colleges and enterprises to innovate a good way to help student intake the theories and change them into practical abilities and hence improve the teaching quality of ideological education.
